Carne Seca consists of a dry, salty, cured meat product obtained from a fresh cut of Canadian beef, dried by salt, during a period of time, to develop aroma and flavour.
Carne Seca is also known as Charque, Charqui or Salted Dry Beef.
CARNE SECA LEAD FOODS has the same flavour, aroma, texture and colour as the product made in Brazil.

Delivery & Return
1. Overview
Marché Gouverneur (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is dedicated to providing a straightforward, convenient, and efficient delivery experience. This Shipping Policy outlines the current terms and conditions for our delivery services.
2. Delivery Schedule & Order Cut-Off
Delivery Day: Orders are delivered every Saturday.
Order Cut-Off: Orders must be placed and fully paid by 12:00 PM (noon) each Friday for Saturday delivery. Orders received or paid after this time will be delivered the following Saturday.
3. Minimum Order Requirement
A minimum order of $75.00 (before taxes and applicable fees) is required for delivery.
4. Delivery Cost & Coverage
Delivery Radius: We deliver within a 10 km radius from our store’s address.
Standard Delivery Fee: A fixed delivery fee of $5.00 applies to orders below $150.00.
Free Shipping: Orders totaling $150.00 or more (before taxes and applicable fees) qualify for free delivery within our standard 10 km service area.
Extended Delivery Areas: For delivery requests outside our 10 km delivery radius, please contact us at care@marchegouverneur.ca to discuss additional charges or to confirm service availability.
5. Serviceable Areas
We currently serve areas within a 10 km radius from our store’s address. If you are uncertain whether your address is within our delivery area, please reach out to us prior to placing your order. Marché Gouverneur reserves the right to refuse delivery requests to addresses outside our normal service zone.
6. Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders on schedule, factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather, supply chain disruptions, or unforeseen events, may occasionally cause delays. Should such delays occur, we will inform you promptly and provide an updated delivery timeline.
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched or is not already out for delivery.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellations cannot be accommodated. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details on post-delivery concerns.
