Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us for the product(s) in question, or $100 if no purchase was made.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and your use of the Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Venue: Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the provincial or federal courts located in Québec, Canada, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, the disclaimers, limitations of liabilities, indemnities, and other provisions that by their nature should survive, will survive.

16. Changes to the Site
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site, including product offerings, at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site or Services.

17. Severability

18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Marché Gouverneur regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
